Tyler is in charge of business development at Threshold Builds. Tylers vision for how we can shape the world through the built environment is the north star for all the work we do. With a background ranging from property management to owning and operating wellness centers, Tyler was the first to ask – how can we bring care into this industry?

Tyler is an  entrepreneur and educator with nearly 10 years’ experience in small business management and community building. Tyler has a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin. A student of law and philosophy, he also has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Yale University; the University of California-Berkeley and  the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tyler was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin.
