Wes became an architectural designer because he loves watching pieces come together during construction—seeing something intangible on paper transform into spaces where people build their lives. With experience drafting everything from HVAC and plumbing systems to architectural wall sections and details, this background allows him to understand and better coordinate the systems going into each building he touches. He loves incorporating those systems into design when it makes sense, exposing elements throughout the building to give occupants a glimpse behind the curtain of what makes buildings function.
When he's not at the office, you'll find Wes with his daughter and her mom, sim racing with friends around the globe, or playing D&D campaigns with his high school crew. He once received an invite for a pro-level gaming tournament back in high school. His personal motto comes from Coach Lasso: be a goldfish. For Wes, the best work is about collaboration, creativity, and watching the pieces come together.
