Michael has called Madison home since 1995, when he moved here to study linguistics and English at the UW. His life in construction began in 1999 with work as a residential carpenter, which provided opportunities to serve through community-based construction programs such as Operation Fresh Start and Habitat for Humanity. Madison's non-profit housing sector provided expanding opportunities to learn design, permitting, real estate, development and finance. Michael has grown into a seasoned developer, administrator, and community leader with over 25 years of service creating high-quality housing for working families through Madison, Dane County and Wisconsin.
